1. How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
2: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
3: What if I need help using this site or placing my order? A: Please click the 'Service' link in the upper right hand corner of any store page.
4: How do I pay for my order using PayPal if I do not have/want an account with PayPal? A: When you choose to pay with PayPal, you get redirected to their website to pay, and people often miss the option to pay without creating an account because it is dwarfed by the option to Log In for Members. To the left of the member login box on PayPal's site, there is wording in bold that says "Don't have a PayPal account?" and it offers you the option to pay with credit/debit card and has the symbols for the cards. You have to click on the "Continue" link right there in the wording, and it will take you to a page where you can enter all of your information. After you fill out the form, click the "review order and continue button" and that will take you to the process/confirmation page.
